What is the Council Grove Area Foundation?
The Area Foundation is a tax exempt, independent, public supported philanthropy established for the benefit of a defined geographic area. It is a collection of flexible permanent funds and resources given by a wide range of donors. Sine 1994, it stands ready to help donors with the many aspects of charitable giving. The Foundation connects donors to matters they care about and identifies needs that make the community a better place to live and work.
Your Foundation Funding Builds a Better Community
In the past few years the Council Grove Area Foundation has awarded over $100,000 to non-profit organizations and for specific projects in the Council Grove area. These grants include park beautification, reading programs for young people, scholarships, special medical needs, designated cultural projects and other improvements for the Council Grove area.
